About YKY Martínez Remodeling Inc
Painting, Drywall, Flooring & Carpentry.
YKY Martínez Remodeling Inc is an owner-run remodeling business based in North Chesterfield, Virginia, run by Kevin Martínez and Mary Cruz Martínez.
We do the finish work that decides how a room feels: painting, drywall and sheetrock, laminate flooring and carpentry — plus Christmas and holiday light installation when the season comes. One crew handles all of it, so there's no coordinating between contractors and no waiting for one trade to finish before the next turns up.
We work in English and Spanish, six days a week, across the Richmond metro area.
Why Choose YKY Martínez Remodeling Inc
Careful prep, clean lines, and a house you can live in when we leave.
Prep is the job
What decides how a finish looks is what happens before it: filling, sanding, caulking and masking. That part doesn't get skipped.
Five services, one crew
Painting, drywall and sheetrock, laminate flooring, carpentry and holiday light installation. The same crew answers for the whole job, with no coordinating between contractors.
English & Spanish
We work in both, so you can explain what you want in the language you're clearest in.
Six days, long hours
We work Mon–Sat, 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM. Closed Sunday. And we'll tell you honestly how many days a job will take.
Run by its owners
Kevin Martínez and Mary Cruz Martínez run YKY Martínez Remodeling Inc. You deal directly with the people answerable for the work.
Respect for your home
We protect what's staying, clean up as we go, and leave the house liveable before we call the job done.
